1. What data we collect

When you use Baiak True Idle, we collect the minimum information needed for your license to work:

• Email address: Used as the unique key to unlock your extension in the game.
• Machine ID / Device identifiers: We collect an anonymous hash of your hardware/browser to make sure the license is not shared beyond the number of machines allowed by your plan.
• Payment data: Processed fully securely and encrypted by Mercado Pago or Stripe. We do not have access to your credit card number, bank account or personal Pix keys.

2. Use of Data

Your data is used exclusively to:

• Authenticate your access to the extension;
• Detect and block fraudulent activity or license abuse;
• Provide technical support related to your account.

We do not monitor your screen or your in-game chat messages, and we do not store your game passwords. The automation runs locally on your computer and communicates directly with the game servers in a clean and transparent way.

3. Sharing of Information

Your information is not sold, rented or shared with marketing companies. Payment information is passed directly to Mercado Pago or Stripe (our official payment gateways) to validate your purchase.

4. Data Deletion

You may request the permanent deletion of your email from our database at any time. However, deletion will result in immediate loss of access to the extension, and no refund will be due if the request is made after the 7-day guarantee period.
