By purchasing, installing and using the Baiak True Idle extension ("Software"), you expressly agree to all terms and conditions described in this document. If you do not agree with any of these terms, do not use the Software.
Baiak True Idle is an automation tool (macro/bot) designed to make repetitive actions easier in browser games (OTServers). By using it, you acknowledge that using third-party software may violate the game's rules (Terms of Service).
THE USER ASSUMES 100% OF THE RISK. The developer of Baiak True Idle is not affiliated with the game's creators and is not responsible for any penalties applied to your account.
Under no circumstances shall Baiak True Idle or its developers be held liable for:
The tool includes systems with a "maximum focus on safety"; however, since it operates in a digital environment controlled by third parties (the game owners), it is impossible to guarantee that the tool is 100% undetectable.
The license purchased is personal, non-transferable and tied to the email address provided at the time of purchase. Reselling, sharing, cracking, reverse engineering or distributing the Software is strictly prohibited.
The system uses Machine ID security locks. Excessive use on different machines without prior authorization will result in permanent license suspension with no right to a refund.
We comply with the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code. You have the right to request a full refund of your purchase within 7 (seven) calendar days after payment approval if you are not satisfied with the Software.
Refund exceptions: After the 7-day period, no refunds will be issued. In addition, if the user is banned from the game at any time (even within the 7 days), a refund cannot be claimed on the basis of that penalty, since the risk of being banned was assumed by the user (as stated in section 2).
Baiak True Idle is provided "as is". Updates and new features may be added or removed at the developer's discretion. If the base game receives updates that permanently block the automation, there is no guarantee of a compatibility update or reimbursement for the remaining time on the plan.
